1.    Do you only sell artworks?

Baterbys sells mostly two-dimensional artworks (paintings and limited edition prints). We also sell our Quarterly Catalogs and Reference Books.  

2.    What type of shipping services do you offer?

We ship your purchases via common carrier (FEDEX, UPS, USPS). The purchaser can use other available shipping options offered by these companies or third-party carriers. Please make sure to contact us and provide your own shipping information and/or service preference.

3.    Do you buy Art?

Baterbys does not buy artworks (see Consignments).

4.     Do you offer Appraisals

We offer our appraisal services on artworks that have NOT been purchased at Baterbys (gallery, online store, warehouse, or auctions).

5.    How much do you charge for Appraisals 

We offer appraisal services from one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) and upwards.  Please check our website or call us for further inquiries regarding this matter.

6.    Do you offer Consignments?

Yes, you can submit your art works for consignment to Baterbys. Instructions are available at our website, www.baterbys.com/consign. However, not all submissions will be accepted.  All consignment submissions will be reviewed.  Approval/acceptance of artworks for consignment is at the sole discretion of Baterbys.    

7.    Do you rent your gallery space for private and corporate events?

Gallery space is available for rent – please call us directly at 888-682-9995 for details and availability.

8.     How much do you charge for Gallery rentals?

Please send us an email at info@baterbys.com or call our Orlando gallery at 888-682-9995 for rate, availability and food and beverage packages. 

9.    Is there a charge to come in the gallery?

Baterbys does not charge an admission fee to view our extensive collection of art for sale. 

10.  What type of artworks do you carry?

Baterbys has an extensive collection of artworks from all genres and price points.
