FAQ – Shipping (International)

 

 

1.     How long before my delivery arrives?

Tracking information will be sent to your email address as soon as the shipping information has been sent electronically to the common carrier (FEDEX, UPS, USPS, etc.).

 

2.    Will I be able to check the status of my order?

If tracking service is available, we will include the Tracking or Airway Bill number to your Shipping Confirmation e-mail.

 

3.    Will additional charges be applied?

International shipments are subject to customs, duties and/or related taxes imposed by the country of destination.  Such charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

 

4.     Can I express my order?

Yes, you may choose other methods of shipping (depending on availability). Additional charges will be applied so make sure to contact us for pricing and assistance.

 

5.    What if the carrier does not offer shipping insurance?

Your order will be shipped at your risk! (If we receive payment in U.S. currency using an International Money Order in advance)

 

6.    What if you cannot ship to my Country?

We will advise you immediately via phone or email for any restrictions related to your purchase.

 

7.    What if my Artwork is damaged on arrival?

If the artwork is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. Take pictures of the original packing and damaged portions of the artwork and send them to shipping@baterbys.com . Original packing materials must be kept and sent back to our address.  Failure to comply with the above guidelines will void the return or exchange policy offered. Baterbys will make the necessary arrangements with the appropriate common carrier for the return of the item/s to our address. 

 

* Please note: Orders are shipped/delivered Mondays –Fridays. Delivery estimates do not include weekends.
